Itinerary Details
Arrive at Haridwar and meet the group. Begin your journey by heading to Govindghat (around 10-12 hours by road), the base camp for the trek. Overnight stay at Govindghat.
After breakfast, trek from Govindghat to Ghangaria (13 km, approx. 6-7 hours). The trail offers beautiful views of the Pushpavati River. Arrive at Ghangaria, a small town at the base of Valley of Flowers. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.
Start early and trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers (3 km, approx. 4 hours). Spend the day exploring the Valley's stunning meadows filled with rare alpine flowers. Capture the natural beauty of the Himalayan flora and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Return to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.
Trek from Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib (6 km, approx. 6-7 hours). This is a challenging yet rewarding day, as you make your way to the sacred Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara. The location is surrounded by towering snow-covered peaks and a glacial lake. After visiting the Gurudwara, trek back to Ghangaria for the night.
Trek back from Ghangaria to Govindghat (13 km, approx. 6-7 hours). Spend the evening relaxing at Govindghat. Overnight stay at Govindghat.
After breakfast, drive to Joshimath (1-2 hours). Explore the local sights of Joshimath, including the Auli viewpoint. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Drive back to Haridwar (around 10-12 hours), where you can unwind after the trek. Check-in at the hotel for your overnight stay.
